The Marketing Activity Planner acts as a visual summary plan and is the most used output document from this workshop. It captures all the major tasks your marketing department are involved with throughout the planning horizon, whether that be for the next Financial Year or new product launch. Our methodology integrates all areas marketing must interact with, deliver to and rely on to achieve their tasks (usually this consists of new product development, marketing communications, events, PR and sales).
